Turned on the shower and sink got like this

It was fun. We all went on downtown Disney and walked around and then had a birthday and went to Kobe’s.

They were really nice, their was breakfast and it was peaceful

The electronic door key was broken for 3 different rooms, so I could not and did not stay there , I demanded a full refund but was told I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor meaning you “ 訂房網站.com”. Very disappointed and I want my $40 refund from you now please.

This 3 story motel is really showing its age and is in need of some upgrades and maintenance. For 60 bucks a night, don't expect much beyond the basics. My room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, neither of which I used. I had to unplug the fridge because it made an annoying whistling noise. The microwave oven smelled like greasy chicken and had bits of food caked on the inside. Walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the adjoining room, all the footsteps from the room above, and anybody passing outside the door. The granite vanity had several long cracks filled with some kind of bonding agent. Fixtures like wall light switches, towel and toilet paper holders were partially painted. The shower curtain rod was very loose on the wall. Wall paint was stained and peeling in several places. The TV remote did not turn on the TV at all. Dead insects were in the ceiling light fixtures. Overall, maintenance was very sloppy. The pool was a bit dirty and the water had a green tint, but it was probably too cold to swim anyway. The ice machine was broken. There are drinking fountains in the reception building, but the water is just chilled, unfiltered tap water. The free breakfast consists of a waffle-maker, bread and toaster, pre-packaged muffins, coffee, and a sugary orange drink (it's not fruit juice). I think the best I can say is that the bed was comfy, clean, and warm and I slept well. The wifi signal was strong and easily allowed streaming video. The water in the shower was hot, but pressure dropped dramatically when the the adjoining room used theirs at the same time. The front desk attendants were competent and polite. Parking was plentiful and the location is close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and Disney parks.

The staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Love that they all seem to truly enjoy being a part of the hospitality industry.

And enjoy the vacation enjoyed my birthday. It was all fun. Spent time with my son.
